Amending or canceling travel policy for Golden Bus
It is allowed to cancel the reservation or to make an amendment to the travel date recorded in the ticket in exchange for 6.6% as administrative expenses, provided that this is at least four (4) hours before the flight time and according to the availability on board the flights.
In the event of a request to amend the travel date written on the ticket within (4) four hours before the flight time, 25% of the refunded ticket value will be deducted as administrative expenses for one ticket.
In case the ticket is canceled within (4) four hours before the flight time, 50% of the refunded ticket value will be deducted as administrative expenses for one ticket.
It is not possible to amend or cancel in the last two hours before the flight takes off.
Tickets sold at a discount or offers can be withdrawn at the loss of the discount granted in addition to the cancellation fine mentioned above.
It is not entitled to request a refund of the value of a non-existent, lost or stolen ticket if the company finds that the traveler did not make the reservation.
In the case of electronic reservation, please check all the data shown on the reservation screen of the website or the mobile application of Golden Bus Company. In the event of any error in the dates or dates, the customer will be responsible.
The passenger must provide the ticket number, whether printed or on his smart phone, to be able to board the bus.
